Level 1 & Level 2 –Comprehensive Training in Core Belief Therapy

Program Description:
In Level 1, lectures and small group exercises are used to teach in-depth CBT theory and strategies. In Level 2, participants will apply what they have learned with the help of practice assignments. They will also be provided with specific cases to practice the use of CBT.
