Dana Hamrick
I Work With Individuals, Couples, & Families

Hello! I’m Dana
MASTER SOCIAL WORKER
I completed my Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Concerns range from depression and anxiety to trauma.
I view therapy as a way to get to know yourself on a deeper level. I’ve found that the reasons for change are as important as the need for change. I look forward to assisting you in identifying those reasons. It is knowledge and empowerment that allow you to take control of your life. I use a nonjudgmental approach. Through sharing and understanding your story, you can make lasting changes in your life.
My therapeutic approach stems from CBT, DBT and person-centered therapy. We practice Core Belief Therapy, which is a psychoeducational, family systems approach.
I am under the direction and supervision of Anna Moriarty, MPS, LPC, LMHC, CPCS, ACS.
